Reality check: Middle East saves global crude market from massive shortfall

In spite of export hikes in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, a shortfall of crude and condensate supplies is becoming increasingly visible in various market metrics, including rising VLCC rates and North Atlantic Basin net-imports.
