Could you start by introducing yourself and telling us about your role?
I am a Customer Success Manager at Vortexa which means that I focus on proactive strategy to support our customers and help them uncover the full potential of Vortexa data, tools and analytics. I like to think of myself as a trusted partner of our users who helps them do their daily jobs better and with less effort.
What inspired you to join Vortexa?
I’m passionate about the energy analytics field and I was fascinated by the fact that Vortexa is the place where human and artificial intelligence meet to provide real-time insight on the global energy flows.
How would you describe your first few months in your role?
“Building together” is one of Vortexa’s core values and is exactly how I would describe my first months with the company. I’m excited by the unprecedented teamwork spirit that Vortexa has and the opportunity to shape the CSM function within the company.
